Using our unique software, we analyze your property and send out architect team to measure, assess and determine the feasibility of building an additional rental unit on your property. An ADU or an accessory dwelling unit is a detached or attached unit that will have its own kitchen, bathroom and sleeping quarters.
It's now all about choosing which plan fits you best. A no cost build is exactly what it sounds like. No financial commitment on your part. Vivienda will invest in your property, plan and build the rental unit at no cost to you. We share the rental income with the home owner after expenses and finance costs. True partnership will allow you invest into the rental unit as equal partners with Vivienda. All expenses and rent will be split evenly.
